Bay Palms Market Statistics

Although I was given the outside approval I’ve been waiting for, the graphs have once again changed a little. This time is wasn’t directly my choice. I purchased a Microsoft 2007 upgrade and now Excel gives my graphs a different look. Not that I’m complaining, as it is an improvement, I just thought it would be nice to explain this change for Denise’s benefit. Thanks again for your input Denise   Now for the update…

The first spotlight community Market Update Report this week covers The Bay Palms Complex, on the MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa Bay. This particular update is a bit different as their is no housing near the Golf Complex. However, because so many of our servicemen and women assigned to MacDill want to live near the base, I’ve decided to pull the  market information  from all sales that occured south of Gandy Blvd.

These sold statistics are for the past 12 month period.

Later I will be posting a  Hot Sheet report showing all new listings, sales, pending sales, and price changes over the previous 2 week time period for this same area.
